Program Manager – Global ERP Program Execution & Template Governance

Lead the execution of a global ERP program across 110 operating companies in 42 countries – and help standardize and scale AVK’s digital core.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive one of AVK’s most important digital initiatives. You will take ownership of coordinating rollouts, governing the ERP template, and ensuring alignment across a global network of business and IT stakeholders.

The Role: Orchestrate a Global ERP Program Across Countries and Cultures
As Program Manager, you will lead the execution of AVK’s global ERP program – built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM). The goal is to roll out a common ERP solution to most of the 110 operating companies in 42 countries, using a scalable global template.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating ERP rollout projects across regions
• Governing and continuously improving the global template
• Ensuring alignment between local implementations and central standards
• Driving program governance, stakeholder engagement, and overall delivery tracking

You will lead a core team of solution architects, business process owners, and implementation partners – with employees located in Denmark and Malaysia, and with future team presence planned in China and Spain. The role requires strong cross-cultural coordination and the ability to manage across time zones and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall ERP program plan, timelines, and reporting
• Align multiple rollout tracks with global business goals and template standards
• Govern the global ERP template and its ongoing development
• Coordinate key activities such as fit-gap analyses, testing, training, and go-lives
• Ensure structured governance and risk management across the program
• Serve as central point of contact for local project teams, global business stakeholders, and IT leadership
• Travel globally 20–30 days per year in support of deployments and stakeholder collaboration

Your Qualifications

• Solid experience managing complex IT or ERP programs in an international environment
• Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment capabilities
• Experience with D365 FSCM or other major ERP platforms is an advantage
• Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations
• Skilled in working with distributed teams across cultures and locations
• Fluent in English – Danish is not required
