Key Deliverables (what you will produce)

– AS-IS documentation: Site-type WAN topology diagrams and narratives based on the existing LLD.
– Gap analysis: Identified OT Network and ID ADD SD-WAN gaps that would need to be covered in the Network ADD (Tetra, island mode, IEC protocols, NIS2/IEC 62443 compliance).
– To-BE contribution: OT requirements integrated into the high-level new (SD)-WAN design; feasibility assessment for offshore/onshore deployment.
– Operational transition plan: Training needs, SLA handover, change windows, acceptance criteria for go-live, and site sequencing.
– Value assessment: Clear articulation of OT operational value (downtime reduction, simplified operations, compliance, safety).
– Pros/cons analysis: Strategic and operational trade-offs including risk of disruption, compliance costs, and change management implications.
